You guys talked through scenarios and "what-if points" and got into the meat and potatoes of those of us who carry. I am encouraged to know you will be there two years from now when I need to, and I can count on good, accurate information. "We wanted to thank you for taking your time to help us with our class today. It was a pleasure to listen to you. Dan is a very accomplished speaker, and has given many speeches so knows how it should be done. He has had to attend many classes listening to instructors for our business. He has a hard time with most but not all, speakers. He rarely tells me he had a very accomplished speaker, and on our way home, he said he thought you were one in a million who could actually hold the attention of your audience, including him. We agreed that you were a person who really believed what you taught and were a genuine person who wanted to give everyone the best you could give. Thank you for your help and we look forward to the next class in two years. Hopefully you will be our instructor again.

"Rob and David, thank you for conducting the CCW renewal training class today. You did a wonderful job keeping the class moving while taking care of the required firearm inspections. We appreciate your expertise in CCW and the efforts you take to keep up to date with the changing laws and trends within our county and state. We also appreciate all the time and effort you have put into your new course. The course material was very informative and relevant. The presentation was clear and to the point. Your illustrations and demonstrations helped to reinforce concepts. There was enough review throughout the course to keep things cohesive without being redundant. We appreciated your efforts to keep the class on target (no pun intended) and punctual.
